MININTER signe un mémorandum d’entente avec le Ministère de la Sécurité et de la Protection civile de la République de Guinée
Aujourd’hui, 27 janvier 2025, le Ministère de l’Intérieur du Rwanda et le Ministère de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile de la République du Guinée ont signé un mémorandum d’entente dans le domaine de sécurité.
Le mémorandum a été signé par le Ministre de l’Intérieur, Dr Vincent BIRUTA, pour la part du Rwanda et le Général de Brigade (retraité) Bachir Diallo, Ministre de la Sécurité et de la Protection civile de la République de Guinée. Le Ministre Diallo et sa délégation ont effectué une visite de travail au Rwanda du 19 au 27 Jan 25.
