Speaking at the workshop held at the Ministry’s offices, CP (Rtd) Vianney NSHIMIYIMANA, Head of the Small Arms and International Cooperation Department, emphasized the need for full adherence to the provisions of these instructions to ensure that non-lethal guns do not pose any threat to public safety and security.
