Chinese Ambassador Pays Courtesy Call on Rwanda’s Minister of Interior Ahead of CHINA–EAPCCO Dialogue
Today,15 October 2025, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Rwanda, H.E. Gao Wenqi, paid a courtesy call to the Minister of Interior @Vbiruta. They discussed the preparations of the upcoming China–East Africa Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (EAPCCO) 2nd Ministerial Dialogue, scheduled from 4 to 5 November 2025 in Kigali, as well as cooperation between China and Rwanda in public security and law enforcement sectors.
